The Prohibitive Costs of Methodological Naturalism

This is a copy of the paper which appears in Philosophia Christi, Vol. 24, No. 1, 2022.

In this paper, I argue that the costs of accepting methodological naturalism are prohibitive and that the presumed costs of not accepting it are illusionary.

Methodological naturalism cannot be adequately defended by describing something called the scientific method then arguing that it cannot be applied to the supernatural.
